At our headquarters in Cascais, two new autoclaves have been installed, bringing our total to four autoclaves across three factories in Portugal.
In parallel, a new 5-axis CNC machining centre has been integrated into our manufacturing line — increasing our precision machining capability and complementing our existing fleet of CNC machines.
These additions enable the processing of a wider range of composite components, further strengthening our focus on serial production.
With these latest investments, the OPTIMAL GROUP continues to enhance its capacity in the manufacture of advanced lightweight composite and metallic structures, including in-house tooling production, supporting key industries such as aerospace, defence, marine, and automotive.
